Villara LLC (“we,” “us,” “Company”) operates UnveilHome at unveilhome.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to all visitors and users of the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information. If you create an account, we collect your email address (and any password/authentication credential, handled via our authentication provider).
• Search Data. The property address(es) you submit to generate or view a Report.
• Payment Metadata. When you make a purchase, Stripe provides us with payment confirmation metadata (e.g., transaction ID, amount, date, payment status). We do not collect or store your full credit/debit card number, CVV, or other full payment card details — those are collected and processed directly by Stripe.
• Usage and Log Data. Standard technical and analytics data such as IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, timestamps, referring URLs, and similar diagnostic information, collected automatically when you use the Service.
• Communications. Information you provide when you contact us for support.

We do not intentionally collect any special categories of sensitive personal information (e.g., health, biometric, or precise geolocation of a person) through the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate, deliver, and cache the Report(s) you purchase;
• Process payments and maintain purchase records;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
• Communicate with you about your account, purchases, or support requests;
• Understand aggregate usage patterns through analytics;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. How Reports and Address Data Are Handled

To keep pricing low, Reports are cached: once a Report is generated for a given address, it may be served to other users who search that same address, without regenerating it from scratch. Cached Report content is tied to the property/address, not to any individual user's identity — we do not display who searched an address to other users. Your account association with a specific search (i.e., that you searched a given address) is retained internally as usage data as described in Section 6, but is not shared publicly or with other users.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used through analytics tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some functionality of the Service.

5. Third-Party Service Providers (Subprocessors)

We share limited information with the following categories of third-party service providers (“subprocessors”), who process data on our behalf and are contractually and/or by policy restricted from using it for their own purposes:

Data shared with these providers is limited to what is necessary for them to perform their function (e.g., the address you searched is sent to data providers and to the AI model to generate your Report; payment details are handled directly by Stripe). We do not sell your data to these providers, and we require that they not use your personal information beyond what's needed to provide services to us.

6. Data Retention

• Cached Reports: Report data is generally cached for approximately 30 days, after which it may be deleted or regenerated on next request.
• Account Data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service.
• Payment Records: We retain payment metadata as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes, generally for the period required by applicable law.
• Log/Analytics Data: Retained for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes, then deleted or aggregated/anonymized.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Section 7), subject to our legitimate need to retain certain records (e.g., transaction records for tax/legal compliance).

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@unveilhome.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before fulfilling requests involving personal data.

If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (e.g., California, Virginia, Colorado), you may have additional statutory rights; contact us and we will address your request consistent with applicable law.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information. 10. International Users

The Service is intended for use with U.S. property addresses and is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date above, and, where appropriate, additional notice will be provided.
